We walked around from room to room and he listened to what we wanted cleaned and what we expected with the furniture, then he provided a plan on how he was going to achieve it. He provided advice on what to move so that he could provide the best clean. Nick then steam cleaned our carpets and couches with good care for our furniture and belongings. I had a hallway that was stained for many years and I never thought I’d see it without stains (from animal messes when puppy training). Within 10 minutes they looked brand new again!
